SHIPPING:
We can ship any item worldwide. Buyer pays shipping on my Items from Postal Code 64730 USA. Within the USA, Item will be shipped UPS Ground Insured unless the buyer specifies otherwise. Item will be shipped promptly after receiving proper payment -- usually the same day.
If you place an Order from outside the USA, the eCrater Shipping Wizard/Checkout may show a "$0.00" amount in the Shipping section. In order to keep my parts prices as low as possible, I do not offer free shipping, especially with a heavy transaxle beyond the U.S. borders. My Ads clearly state: "Buyer pays shipping from Postal Code 64730 USA." If you see a zero shipping amount, please contact us to find out the correct shipping amount.
NOTE: Since the eCrater Shipping Wizard does not support UPS, the prices shown in the eCrater Checkout are the MAXIMUM UPS CHARGES from my Store in western Missouri to the most-remote point in the lower-48 (1,800 miles away in northern Maine); to Fairbanks in Alaska; and to Honolulu in Hawaii. In most cases, your actual UPS charges will be significantly less.
So...If you use the eCrater Checkout with its accompanying Shipping Wizard calculation, I will be happy to refund any shipping costs not actually needed to get your Item to you. You can use the "Ask Seller a Question" link for further information.
PAYMENT Options:
I’m not set up to accept any kind of plastic card payment. I run a one-man shop and can’t afford the monthly fees the card companies want just to have their machine sit on my counter. You have payment options:
1. You can use PayPal, but you will need to agree to pay the Fees that PayPal will deduct from the payment when it enters my PayPal Account, since PayPal charges the Fee to the Seller, not the Buyer, just like the plastic card companies. I already have my transaxles and parts discounted as much as possible, and I can't afford to lose money paying PayPal Fees. This would add some to your payment depending on your part(s)+post total. A PayPal payment usually takes one business day to get from your PayPal Account to my bank account, and as soon as it does, I can ship your item. If you want to use PayPal, let me know your PayPal Account email address/username and I can send you a PayPal Invoice, and you can pay the Invoice.
2. Mail a check – business or personal -- for the total part+post amount to Rom's Reworks at the address shown in my previous email. I can usually ship your item the same day I receive payment, since my mail normally arrives before noon and our UPS Terminal doesn't close until 16:30.
3. If you're in a hurry and want to mail a check, mail it either Certified or in a Priority Envelope, and take a picture of the check and the USPS receipt showing the Tracking Number, then email these pictures to me. I can then ship the part(s) right away because I'll know the payment is on its way. This would also apply to a UPS or FedEx envelope.
COD is not an option due to the length of time it takes for the payment to arrive here.

PAYMENT NOTE: If you are checking out the price on this Ad or are placing an Order, make sure the price does not say “AUD” after the Dollar amount. If the price says AUD, you are on the Australian eCrater site, which will show an “au” in the address bar. Remove the “au” from the address bar to see the price in U.S. Dollars.
"No-Show" NOTE: If you do not plan to purchase an item, do not place an Order. When you No-Show an Order, it creates problems for me in the eCrater system, and it wastes the time I've spent replying to your Order email and making sure you are getting what you need at the correct price with accurate shipping. If you aren't sure you want the item, use the "Ask seller a question" link.
As my late father used to say, "No matter how many material possessions or awards you may acquire in your lifetime, the only thing you will ever truly own is your reputation." This is my philosophy, as well.
